"I contacted them (by email - they didn't provide a phone number) in regards to purchasing a Panasonic PV-GS400. They replied and said that the camera was in stock and in US dollars. I decided to order. I sent a MoneyGram (silly idea) and they replied back a couple of times telling me that they couldn't receive the money gram, and that I needed to provide my date of birth. I did this (again, very silly of me) and waited. I waited for 2 days and them emailed them again, asking on the progress of my order. I got no response. I emailed them every day for a straight week, still with no response. Finally, I went and cancelled my order and (luckily) got my money back. I learned an important lesson (the easy way) by getting my money back. Don't buy from this store. I'm sure it's a rip off. "
