"I ordered my parts from Digi-Key in the USA on July 28. They arrived at my house in Australia on August 3 - that's one week to travel to the other side of the planet. The order was perfect and everything arrived very well packaged in recycled, environmentally friendly packaging. Their communication was excellent and I had no problems navigating their website, and their price was much lower than any local vendor even after shipping. I have no qualms at all about recommending their service."

"I bought a controller from this company and the retaining clip broke upon installation. I requested a replacement figuring it would be a simple customer service matter - boy was I wrong! A few days later I received a quote from Digi-Key for $100! $20 per clip with a 5 clip minimum! I responded to Digi-Key's "Customer Service" saying that I expected this to be replaced free of charge since it broke upon installation but I never heard back from them.
