"I am not sure how this company operates? I purchased a High End Surveillance DVR Hardware compression Card from them for $1000.00+ they replaced it 3 times! due to different issues with each card! they have yet to give a properly working card and I was told they will not work with me any more it has only been 1 year and there cards have 3 year warranty's, these are supposed to be advanced systems used in banks and prisons! I have a strong suspicion they sold me used equipment that had issues! because there system is being used at ATM (Acrylic Tank Manufacturing) Acrylic Aquariums AKA Tanked on Animal Planet, and there system is working fine I had demo access to there cameras and they never went down! Do not buy from Digi-IT(Digital Innovation Technology)I waited 8 months for them to return my calls to get a working card and to check the status on a $1500.00 32 channel cards repair status and never got a working card or my old card back!!!! even after filling a complaint with my Local attorney General's Office and the BBB they have just stopped taking my calls and ignore my Emails. When trying to contact the parent company in Korea I get no response there either, even when sending the emails translated. I am out $2500.00 unless I take them to small claims court and I am 2000 miles away so I just have to grin and bear it and buy a GeoVision Card."
