"Bought a battery from them and the courier would not leave the item, even though it did not need signing for because of the way digispot had booked the delivery.
I tried emailing them and the ignored my first email as I had not written the order number on the email, bearing in mind that they had not sent the email of order with the order number on!.

I finally found an order number and emailed them back, copying their email address exactly only for the postmaster to return it as undelivered.

Do not use this company, they are a total waste of space.

"I bought a small greenhouse for my daughter as a present but she was not able to open it prior to Christmas as she was working very long hours. When she came to open the package at New Year she discovered that the wooden structure was broken in several places and that the plastic panes were creased and folded. DIgi-spot were very swift to point out that our response was outside of their 14 day returns period but I see from other reviews that they totally ignored consumers who'd contacted them within that period and had failed to reimburse them. So I regard their 'sellers' terms and conditions' as a total sham and their attempt to abdicate any responsibility for the quality or safe delivery of sales.
I would urge other buyers to completely boycott this company so as to void disappointment, frustration- and frankly being ripped of!"

"Ordered a part for my samsung fridge after finding digispot on google. I paid for 1st class delivery and after almost a week, the item has not arrived. I then get an email saying that it has been despatched and then another saying it was faulty and i have been refunded!

I have tried to telephone them and have only managed to speak to an answering service.
