They had very good prices, and I had a question about the closeouts that I was interested in. Even though they were very inexpensive, the customer rep. I talked to took his time talking to me, and was able to answer my questions. I didn't order until a few days later, and the size I needed wasn't in the warehouse and had to be tracked down at another store. This time the customer rep. called me back within half an hour, as promised, and the shoes were delivered 5 days later, including a weekend. Great shoes, great service, highly recommended."
