I made many attempts to call China but all failed except one time I heard nothing but a "Hello". I emailed their customer service several times but no one has responded. I called and finally talked to a woman whose name is Natalie. She said she would refund my balance. However, a week has passed and no refund is seen yet. Worst of all, on their website, you would not be able to rate their cards and services. All comments are predetermined. Given the poor quality of their cards and their extremely bad customer services, please do not make my mistakes and waste your money on them!"
