"Twice during the three years we’ve had our wedding ring we've had to return it to Diamond Nexus because one of the three stones has fallen out. Each time they told us how to return it through FedEx and sent us Shipping Labels.
The second time, although the ring and loose diamond were double bagged, the ring fell out or was stolen, they said, during transit. My wife was distraught, her beautiful wedding ring, twice broken, was now gone.
When the ring was lost, Diamond Nexus said that although they arranged the shipping return, they didn’t bother to insure the shipping and it was our responsibility, so we should contact our insurance, if we had arranged insurance. Believing that, as a responsible company, they had insured their returns, we hadn’t.
Twice broken in three short years, now we’ve lost our beautiful (and expensive) wedding ring.
What a rip-off company - DON’T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, they can break your heart, (and your bank!)

"I have bought two tennis bracelets over the past two years as wedding anniversary presents. She absolutely loved them, and she wears them day and night! Joy!
We had some setting problems with both bracelets, including a lost stone. Faultless service was an email away. In both cases, Diamond Nexus honored their Warranty. Turnaround was swift and the process was very, very quick and smooth.

"Let's just say, there is no way I could have afforded this dream ring had it been for Diamond Nexus. I am in love with my ring, I have on my finger what looks like a $20,000+ ring and band for such an affordable price. My fiance and I couldn't believe it until we saw it, and my god WE SAW it. It is ethical, affordable, and the nexus diamond is hard to distinguish from a mined/lab grown diamond of similar quality. I can't believe that I have my dream ring and we will be able to afford a wedding and down payment on a house at the same time. Oh, and customer service is 5/5 prompt and quick to problem solve, website is 5/5, shipping 4.5/5 everything was on time but the outer box was slightly damaged the ring boxes and ring were not, Appraisal 4/5 it was sent with our rings which was awesome but they got the year wrong so I had to request an amended one for no cost or hassle.
