"I ordered Speech and Language materials from this company, and read the reviews after I had already ordered. I called the company and they assured me the items would be shipped the following week. I received all my items as promised. I don't know if I just got lucky, but I was really happy with my order and the price."
"So I bought a bed online. But it was not really a bed even though it said so on my receipt. Then they call me up and say well it was not what the picture showed! So when I talked to the company representative I asked so are you going to honor that website picture and what my receipt said they said no it was a mistake but we can't do that! Stay away from this company and the bad business that they do.

"I ordered some eye wash from them and thank god it was only $21! I got a text from them like you would text a friend that my item was cancelled with no technical information on it whatsoever! There was no order number, no reason for the cancellation , but they did end with that I was refunded for the cancellation. It never hit my bank account and it will never hit yours either! Heres a quick review,1. you will order a product, 2. you wont receive it, 3. You will not receive a credit that involves money going back into your bank account, 4. And you probably will never speak to a human being on their end. If I helped one person by writing this then it was worth it!!"

They told me over the phone my order would ship within the next 3 days. After those 3 days past I didn't receive an update so I called several times without anyone answering. I finally got answer through live chat and was told they are now back ordered. Although that is annoying by itself I'm more annoyed about being lied too and the lack of (non existent) customer service letting me know that.
Oh, and of course they billed my credit card. Trying to get them to cancel it now but got a feeling I will need to file a fraud charge. I would not recommend doing business with this company! "

The company called me back to inform me the product will be available soon. I double checked with them that I want to cancel all my orders. Several days later I received email from them that my products will be shipping out in the future. Called my bank and they suggest a cancellation document. Call the company again for cancellation email or cancellation confirmation number, didn't get email or confirmation number."

I literally emailed and called a total of 10 times, each time they say they need to check and will call me back. Never a call back. Last week, I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. He (Jason) said that he would refund it in 2-3 business days. Of course, I did not get my money. I called today and they gave me a Fed Ex tracking number. It is completely wrong and was delivered to another state. I just called back and he gave me the run around AGAIN, saying that he will have to call me back in another couple days! "I tried to buy 4 cases of Hormel Food Sales Thickened Beverage Thick & Easy 4 oz. Portion Cup Orange Juice Flavor Ready to Use Honey Consistency. It’s sold 24 ( a case ) 4oz cups.. they were in sale for $8.99 per case, from $25.99 per case. when i receive it in the mail i only received 1 case.. so i called to ask where the others 3 cases were. Sean told me i only ores quantity of four. I explained to them there not sold Individually they’re sold by the case. The only way you can buy them online is by the case of 24. They refused to refund my money or send me the other three cases I asked to speak with a manager numerous times they did nothing so now I’m out $35 because they refused to send me the other three cases. I am disputing it with my credit card company I would never ever buy anything from them.. Sean said I’m wrong they sent me 20 extra.

"This company is very misleading. I thought I was buying a panopthalmoscope as the picture of the product sigessted. Instead I got a iPhone cover / adaptor for panopthalmoscope. I am trying to return it , there is no phone number. They do not respond to my e-mails or texts.
