"Beware! I ordered a Zenith Multicity Rose Gold Watch with a retail value of $30,000 from this company. I paid via wire, which gives me very little recourse other than to complain to the better business bureau and other authorities. The watch arrived in time, but after that things did not work out well.

The watch arrived non-functional. The date mechanism does not work. Who for instance knows of the 37th of the month? When informed, DesignerValues said they would repair the watch. The watch was unworn, and supposedly brand new. Why should I settle for a repair? I asked that my money be refunded after I return the watch. The request was refused.

This does not seem like an ethical or fair business practice. I understand if I had worn the watch, or had it for a month. I had it for a few days before opening the package and setting the time and date, only to discover it didn't work. This is no way to conduct business.

Judge for yourself if this company is ethical in its business practices.
