"Placed an order on Nov. 25. Finally got shipment on Dec. 7. Ordered a set of two foam pillows, and the box contains only ONE pillow! However, their packing slip says it includes 2 pillows??? Called numerous times to their service line and never could get hold of any real person other than the answering machine (all during their "business hours"). Left messages and got NO reply at all. Sent emails to them, and haven't heard back from them after a week!

In short, their customer service is ZERO. I'll never order from them again.

Update: After two subsequent emails, they replied back and shipped the missing pillow at no cost. Oh well, at least I finally got all my stuff. Maybe they were too busy during the pre-holiday sale season? I wish their service could be better, but I guess I am happy now. Finally.

"Outstanding. Ordered 11/22/06 with free shipping option and a coupon. Order arrived on 12/01/06 and was complete with all appropriate charges.
Shipping notification was received 11/30 and order was trackable immediately.
