On 02/25/2014, the business filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 (Liquidation) of the federal Bankruptcy Act, case# 14-10710. Those with monetary claims against the business are advised to obtain a Proof of Claim form by writing to United States Bankruptcy Court District of Massachusetts Clerk's Office, U. S. Bankruptcy Court, J.W. McCormack Post Office & Court House, 5 Post Office Square, Suite 1150 Boston MA 02109 for resubmission to that court. The case number should be entered on the form.

According to information in BBB files, this business is no longer in business."

"DO NOT ORDER from this company! I ordered a pair of boots on April 10, 2014. Today is May 5, and after 7 emails asking for updates on my order, I have yet to receive ONE reply or update. There is no phone number on the website, I emailed asking for a number and got no reply. My order on their website says "pending". What a joke……….."

"wow. really wished I had read this before purchasing!
I ordered 4 pair of shoes from the website: 1 pair had 2 left side shoes, 1 pair did not fit, 2 pairs were significantly different than the pictures on the website.
I immediately returned them all via FedEx and after multiple unanswered e-mails and phone calls, I received a refund for ONLY ONE PAIR!!!

"How I wish I'd read these reviews before placing my order. The shoes arrived. They are good quality shoes. But a bit too small, so I need to return them. GOOD LUCK getting anybody to respond with how to return them. Their 'return policy' section on their web site doesn't work. I've left 2 voice messages & 2 emails; no response yet. I'll never order from them again. I'll probably return the items certified-return receipt reqeusted and contest the charge with my credit card company, if I haven't heard from them in 2-3 days more. "I placed a order for 2 pairs of shoes. I patienctly waited for the company to advise when the order was shipped. However, I had to email them to ask about my shoes. I then received a email back stating the shoes were not in stock, but they would be shipping out a pair that was similar to the pair I ordered. Again, I still did not get that order. I can't believe that a company would fail their customer, yet along a new customer. I will never do business with this company again very disappointed in the lack of follow up."

"I have left 4 phone calls regarding my order and sent out 2 email messages with no response. I received an email one week after my expected date of arrival stating that the shoe was out of stock and luckily they found a pair and was waiting for the shoes to be shipped from the manufacturer. I am now 30 days passed the order date and no shoes, no return phone call or email from the company. Go figure."

"I ordered a few pairs of shoes off this site. Postage was expensive but i am 6 foot tall and it's hard to get shoes.
I ordered 2 more pairs in March or end of Feb before my wedding which was in April. One pair arrived. The other pair, which i wanted for the wedding day, never arrived. The shoes were apparently posted separately at the same time but i was given one tracking number. I have tried for a long time to get this sorted but emails are few and far between and they aren't helping at all. I was given a tracking number that apparently was for the wedding pair the other day and it says they were delivered to Malibu. I live in Australia.
It would be fine if this got sorted out but i am tired of chasing them and will probably not get my money back.
Was going to be a repeat customer, now i won't touch them again."

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I ordered shoes from them in October and returned part of my order. They sent me an email telling me they would refund my credit card. I never received the refund. (It's now March.) I sent numerous emails that were never answered. I left numerous phone messages that were never returned. You cannot talk directly to them because they use a third party phone service. I went back into my online account with them and in an obscure place I found a letter they posted in my account at the same time they sent me the email issuing my refund. (It wasn't included in the email.) The letter said it was from the president of the company and they could not issue my refund because the credit card processing company was holding their money hostage. She goes on and on and on saying she's contacted the attorney general and lawyers and she can't get my money. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!"

I do most of my shopping online and have been doing so for about 10 years. I have never come across such a unethical, yet HIGHLY marketed internet company. I returned $200 worth of shoes in 2008 and was issued a "store credit". When I went to use this credit (over and over and over again), each pair of shoes I wanted were magically "unavailable" - even though their website showed them available. They have learned the art of marketing AND the art of scamming money from customers. It amazes me that the Attorney General hasn't shut them down. "
