"Very good experiance with this store. I have shoped around for the web and local stores for Myson Radiators. None of the local stores had them and only 3 online retailers carried them. Designerplumbing.com online quote was second lowest after the irawoods.com which was almost $100 less than desingerplumbing. Irawoods also had 7% off cupon in addition to being lowest price. After checking Irawoods reviews I was very reserved from ordering from them since most were not good. I have called designerplumbing to see if they do price matching with competition. Was told that they do and will also accept the irawood's online cupon. The lady I spoke with emailed me quote which was lower that irawood by another $100 (total order was around $1500) Was told the order should arrive withing a week. 3 days later I got call from fedex ground to schedule delivery and had my order at my door 2 3 days later."

"I ordered about $3,000.00 of high end plumbing fixtures from Designerplumbing.com on Dec 30, 2006. I received a very prompt email notice confirming the order. They subsequently had one item that was no longer in stock that the manufacturer had discontinued. They telephoned me of this the following day - by the time I hung up the phone, they had already refunded the amount via PayPal. The portion of the shipment that was in stock arrived within 9 days of ordering (this isgreat given this was over the New Year's holidays). Four items were not in stock and had to be ordered from Germany - they kept me apprised of the process all along the way - the items arrived in the US within a matter of days and the items were deilvered to me within the week. Overall, I am VERY pleased with my first experience with Designerplumbing.com and would not hesitate to order from them again (hopefully I won't have to - we are renovating a condo and have purchased 95% of our plumbing items from them)."
