"I really do not get the reasoning why ordeeing through the dealer website is way cheaper than calling or going in to order. Both are through the same dealership yet you go online, you can get the parts for cheap. Also, the website doesnt go older than 1991 now which is annoying since i have two vehicles that are older than that. Yet, i can punch in the part number i have to find off another website and can find it. So why is it I cannot search for my model-year truck? Even putting the vin in says VIN is incorrect or not found. No logic or reasoning behind it.
Overall, i can still find parts and get them off the website despite having to jump through a few hoops. "

"The online parts ordering system is fast and easy to use, if you know the part number you need. Description of parts is accurate but if you do not know your part number you may not be able to find the part you need. In regards to shipping, parts are sent very quickly and packaged nicely to avoid damage. Desert Toyota parts department is my go to for OEM parts. Keep up the great work!"

"I like to purchase online and pickup at the dealer. I was getting multiple part numbers on the Toyota site. I wanted to make sure I was ordering the correct axle seals so I stopped in and asked for a quote with part numbers. The man at the counter said "We Do Not Give Out Part Numbers". I contacted Precision and they were happy to help. Horrible customer policy at Desert.
I did order the parts and they arrived in one day. A different parts person was very helpful and verified that they were the correct part numbers. "
"Had I not been savvy enough to check online before going to the dealership I would have paid nearly double the price. Of course there is no banner at the parts desk than says half off parts online. The parts desk employee told me I was "cutting him out". At first I felt bad but then I realized they are there to help me whether I buy parts or not. I can understand giving price break to mechanic who spends $1000s / week on parts. This is not that. It is giving the tech savvy 50% off and gouging the elderly person who finds going online difficult or failed to check website before visiting. Give everyone a fair and consistent price and stop taking advantage of people. "
"Most places in town were going to get me the part in 10 days. I found my brake switch at Desert Toyota on a Friday and UPS delivered it on Tuesday here in Camp Verde. I lived in Tucson and loved Desert Toyota, they don't disappoint. "
