"I guess that it is a mute point since they are now out of business, but these guys have no clue of how to provide service. One of our customers ordered a F1 Twister system from this company. Windows kept locking up on it over a period of about six months and the customer finally called my people in to troubleshoot the problem. When my technical staff opened the computer up, it was crammed full with bubble wrap on the inside. The heat was so bad that it ruined the heatsink fan (started burning) and was the cause of the hangs. Due to the long running of the computer with the bubble wrap, the computer suffered motherboard problems. When we tried to contact Desert Devils for our customer, we got no answer. More investigation with the Arizona Department of Revenue and Arizona Attorney General's office showed that they had skipped town. I just wish that we would have known about this wonderful website before hand."
