"They had a sunscreen product mislabeled on their website. When I received the product, I saw the ingredients were different than what was listed on the website. When I returned the order, they won't refund me the full amount including the tax I paid. Only store credit for the amount minus taxes I paid for a product I don't have, due to their negligence. This has been a back and forth with them on the phone, emails, and now this... They are not worth the competitive pricing."

"Although I knew nothing about Dermavenue they had very competitive pricing and a solid list of products. I chose to order without checking reviews which was a big mistake. Two weeks went by no product and when I called they said it was on back order and for my inconvenience they would give me an additional discount which was to be credited to PayPal. PayPal sent me two notices saying they were unable to get refund from their bank as directed. I was given a tracking number from UPS pending receipt of product. I did speak to a service rep from Dermavenue each time I called but it never resulted in my refund (I cancelled my entire order) nor my receipt of goods
So disappointed and they continue to solicit my business. I'm not sure if they are even a valid company because they are using the name Brains and Beauty on billing with PayPAl. "
"I read the other reviews about not receiving products and not receiving any communication from customer service. I had the same problem. When I emailed them about it they stated the product was on backorder and they apologized for not contacting me. This seems to be the standard response. I bought the Obagi kit. It takes 6 months to see the end result. I believe it's doing what it is supposed to do. I have 2 months to go. I had purchased this years ago from a plastic surgeon and loved it. Thought I'd try it again. Purchased 04/23/19.
