Scam and Unauthorized charges

" I too ordered a sample of the aging cream and eye serum. I was to be charged only for shipping. ($4.95 & $1.99) Once I received the samples, I immediately called the toll free number and told the operator to cancel any future shipments of the product.
Since I made the call and was assured by the operator that I would not receive any future product, I put the transaction out of my mind. Later that same month, I received 2 boxes of product. Again I called and was told it was a mistake. The operator told me to keep the boxes as a gift for any inconvenience. I never opened the boxes. The next month I again received merchandise. This went on for 3 months.
Today, I called our bank to inquire as to why a transaction was denied on the card I used for the original sample of Derma Essence. Long story short, I am out $1,100.00! They kept charging my card for shipments that I Never authorized. These shipments came from 4 different addresses with 4 different company names. (all the company names are related ) I never received 1/2 of the merchandise that I was charged for. I do have the other 1/2 still in the boxes they were mailed in. I never opened the boxes. They were set aside waiting for a solution so I could return them all. Today I also opened a case with my bank for fraudulent unauthorized charges. I was advised to call the phone numbers that were listed on all the transactions and try to "get the ball rolling" in order to give the company a chance to return my funds. I did just that, the first number I called was ***-***-**** listed on my statement from the bank as "PL FACECREAM"
The number was answered by a recording "you have reached customer care" then a women comes on and asks my zip code. I explained the issue to this women "Anita", I was told she could issue me a 30% refund and credit my account right away. I declined stating I would like the total amount that was taken from my account. I told her I spoke to my bank and opened a case against these charges. She advised me not to work with my bank! She stated that the banks will always decline to help and I will not receive any of the money working with them. I chuckled a bit, she then asked if I would accept a 50% of the total amount, I declined, stating that I would like all of the funds they charged my account without my authorization. I asked to speak to a supervisor; I was told they didn't have those there. She put me on hold, returned and said if I returned all of the merchandise that I was charged for then they would issue a refund. Well now, how can I return something I never received? I told her I did not receive 1/2 of what I was charged for. The women once again gave me an offer of a 50% refund or I could return everything I was charged for. Again I stated that I did not receive all of what I was charged for. She said she could not help me and hung up the phone!
Do yourself a favor and stay clear of the following companies. These are all related and have made fraudulent charges on my credit card. Derm Essence Beauty 2021 N Slappy blvd #219 Albany, GA 31701, Dermasoft PO Box 25380 Santa Ana, CA 92799-5380, Beauty 2021 N Slappy blvd #219 Albany, GA 31701, Pure Cell PO Box 25380 Santa Ana, CA 92799-5380
The phone numbers associated with the charges to my account are: ***-***-**** PLFACECREAM, ***-***-**** Lux Uries Serum, ***-***-**** Useskinserum, ***-***-**** clarantingin

Didn't work for me

"After using it didn't see a difference not to mention when I found out my credit card was charge twice for $89.50 I was not happy because I was told I sign the agreement saying also I only received the product one time customer service person told me make no sense I returned it because it will be returned to sender I quite sure. I think it should make known in big bold letters notifying people what they're getting into before purchase I'm very, very disappointed to me it's a rip off"

SCAM SCAM SCAM

"This company along with it's counterpart company that sells Purecell eye therapy is a total scam. Be aware that you are signing up for a continuous shipment of products. They will be shipped to you without an invoice and with no opportunity for return at a cost of $89.95 (I have yet to see what the shipping and handling charges are). When you call to cancel (complain) the customer service rep, put me on hold 5 times, would not answer my questions with anything other than the company line, and was extremely rude. Obviously they have to deal with angry customers regularly, due to working for a company that scams it's customers. Don't try these products! There are many other products that do a much better job, from reputable companies."

Rip Off

"This product of Dermasoft and Pure cell skin care are a complete rip off. They say you get a free trial, then all of a sudden you have two charges on your credit card for $89.95each. You call to cancel because they say it is 100% guaranteed but when you call, they say "too bad" You should have called within the 16 day trial. Now you have to pay for the "free sample" of $4.95 each besides the full purchase price + S&H for $89.95 each. It does not work and even though I ordered it on 01/16/17 I did not receive it until 01/21/17 however, the day of trial starts the day you order it???? how can that count when you do not even receive it until 5 days later. It is a scam to get money from older ladies like me hoping for good results. NOT!!!! Do not purchase this product. I plan on writing to the BBB and Consumer affairs with all my documentation: receipts, date of receipt of product, the 100% guarantee page, etc."

Really unscrupulous company

"Thought we were signing up for "free"trial but just needed to pay shipping. My husband tried the product and said it was completely useless for treating bags under his eyes. Next thing I saw an $89.95 charge to our account!! When I called to speak to the rep, he said that we are legally bound to the charge but he would cancel all future shipments of this (worthless) product. This may have been the first time that we didn't read the fine print. It was too good to be true. Awful company. "

Dermasoft scam

"This company is a complete scam. Do not order from them. They promise a trail offer of the dermasoft skin restore and Purcell eye therapy for a shipping price of $4.95 each. I ordered both products in December 2016 while I was out of town. I received my credit card statement in January and they had charged 89.95 for each product. Unbeknownst to me they are separate companies. I called the dermasoft skin restore and was told that under the agreement, I had 14 days to cancel before I would be charged. I explained that I never saw the agreement. After speaking with two or three people on the phone for over an hour, they refunded $67.46 to my account and cancelled the subscription. I called Purcell eye therapy and debatedd for a refund after waiting for a customer service rep for over an hour. They are telling me since the other company gave me a partial refund, they cannot give me a refund. After waiting to talk to a supervisor, I was given a $45.00 credit. Essentially with initial shipping costs, I was defrauded about $100.00. I've never seen such corruption. After researching the product, it is no more than a common moisturizer. A costly lesson. "

DermaSoft.com has the Original Dermasoft Cream Products which are excellent! Don't buy Skin Restore or Purecell.

"DERMASOFT.COM (the real DermaSoft Dermatology) is NOT associated in any way with "Skin Restore" or "PureCell Eye Therapy" which are Hydroderm company Free Trial scams sold online with deceptive pop-up ads, phony beauty reviews and fake websites that say "Try DermaSoft", DermaSoft Free Trial, Rush Free Trial, "Pay $4.95 Shipping Only". Write a dispute to your card company immediately!

Dermasoft Dermatology does not make "Skin Restore" or "PureCell", they are fake products with fake Dermasoft labels. The real DermaSoft has NO Free Trials. DermaSoft also never auto-ships or auto-bills. They have no "skin club" or "subscriptions"! There is no such company called "Try DermaSoft".

Original Dermasoft products have been available for over 20 years and are excellent. They are sold at WWW.DERMASOFT.COM and we have used them at our spas. The imitation products such as "Skin Restore" have fake Dermasoft labels and are sold with deceptive free trials along with a Hydroderm product called Purecell Eye Therapy. The real Dermasoft has No Free Trials.

Dermasoft does not sell Skin Restore free trial products or Miracle Wrinkle Creams which are cheap imitations sold with tricky popup ads, fake reviews and fake websites all over the internet from the scam company that sells Hydroderm, Purecell, Dermagen, Dermalift, Tru Derma, Derma Serum, Dermapure, Dermallure, Alluracell, SkinRevive, Dermaluxe, DermaRose, Dermavie, Duaderma, Alvena, Truvaderm, Rejuviderme, Nuvoderm, MiraVie, etc., and now TRYDERMASOFT!

If you bought from an ad, blog or website that says FREE TRIAL, EXCLUSIVE TRIAL, DERMASOFT TRIAL, TRY DERMASOFT, PURECELL FREE TRIAL or PAY SHIPPING ONLY, you will have a recurring charge for an imitation Dermasoft Dermatology product with a fake label!

If you already have a recurring charge or have been charged for an imitation Dermasoft product, you must contact the Hydroderm company vendor at one of their many 800 numbers: 1-***-***-****, ***-***-****, 1-***-***-****, 1-***-***-****, ***-***-****, or call your card company and get the billing phone number and write the dispute to your card company ASAP.

Hydroderm Contact info: ****@**** or ****@****, ****@**** PO Box 25380, Santa Ana, CA 92799 (Phone# ***-***-**** and ***-***-**** - Hydroderm Skin Club)

For the Purecell Free Trial Scam, try ***-***-**** and ****@**** - although all of these fake products are all the same Hydroderm company scam using dozens of call center 800 numbers to deceive customers, with the fake products coming from the same product fulfillment centers.

Don't buy FREE TRIAL DermaSoft Creams or Skin Care Products from Internet Ads, Facebook, Amazon, beauty blogs, wrinkle review sites or websites that have FREE TRIALS or Pay Shipping Only Trials! They are fake.

We were concerned to see all the "Dermasoft" complaints online that might be hurting the original company and found this information. We wanted to share it with others so they can avoid the free trial scams on Facebook, Amazon and other deceptive, newly created websites like trydermasoft. com, dermasoftskinrestore .com, dermasoftcream .com, dermasoft .org, etc.

The Hydroderm scam company creates many phony websites, blogs and reviews, and then calls themselves "Dermasoft" and other trademarked names to deceive visitors. They have harmed many legitimate companies' reputations over the years by stealing their names and posting hundreds of fake products and reviews online including Dr. Oz, Christie Brinkley and others. When enough complaints are posted for their free trial scam, they start using a different company's name and create a new fake label placing them on the very same product(s).

"Make sure you call and cancel any free samples before fourteen days. They use your credit card that you paid the shipping with and charge your account 89.95.
