Department of Goods had a great deal on a North Face 1/4 zip fleece for my wife. However, we weren't sure if she would be a small or a medium.

We talked to a guy on live chat and explained our problem. He offered to ship both, and he'd send a free return shipping label for whichever size we wanted to send back! Sure enough-we bought both, gave them a call, and they emailed us a shipping label to return the one that didn't fit at no cost to us! Awesome service!"
