"Overall a good experience. The shirt I bought was shipped immediately. Had a bit of confusion because the item was shown as on sale but was charged full price on the invoice. Talking to the phone rep about this was like pulling teeth, if he asked for the item number one more time I was going to hang up. He didn't really know what he was doing, said that I would have to send in a credit card statement to get the sale price difference refunded to me. In the end the diffefence was automatically refunded and all is good."
