"THIS COMPANY HAS NOT FULLFILLED MY REQUEST YET, BUT I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE A FULL REFUND(ALMOST $100.00) BUT THE COMPANY SITE IS CONSTANTLY DOWN, THEY BARELY ANSWER YOUR REQUESTS, AND THE PHONE # IS SET UP ONLY FOR AFFILIATES,AS IT WILL NOT ALLOW THE AVERAGE CUSTOMER TO GET ANY ANSWERS, TODAY I AM SUPPOSED TO GET MY REFUND AS PER THERE TOS POLICY(IN THERE WORDS,FROM AN EMAIL) BUT I ONCE AGAIN CANT GET THEM TO ANSWER ME. 4 MONTHS IS A RIDICULUS TIME TO WAIT."

"I placed an order with DementerOnline.com on 9/7/04, that totaled $39.35. I received follow-up emails regarding this account. I have also received other emails offering special deals. As of today, 10/26/04, I have not received my order. I have placed two tickets on the website, BEFORE IT DISAPPEARED!!! I also sent at least two emails. The money was taken out of my account, so I'm a little concerned. If the owner of this site can make the site disappear, do I need to worry that my account information is accessible? I have received NO response on any of my communications. "
