Order was Short Items and I am Being Ignored

"I have ordered from this company several times over the years, with various levels of satisfaction. Any negative things in the past has always been because of shipping delays, but their prices always bring me back. I placed an order in January 2020, and received the order very quickly. The problem began when three items were missing from the order. I have emailed, called, and emailed again, and called again, but no response. When calling, I stay on hold and eventually the call just ends. Their voicemail message says that they are extremely behind, but no one is so behind that they can't respond to at least let a customer know that they are receiving messages. I get two or three email advertisements from them every day, so someone still works there (Hopefully). "
