"Ordered Discovery Magazine 2/27/2010 for $20; never received an issue; never could make contact with Delta Magazines as they never answer their phone; I actually forgot that I had ordered this magazine for my son until I did a check of the subscriptions I receive monthly to see when renewals are coming due; Very disappointed that Delta does not respect their subscribers by taking their money, not providing ordered & paid for magazines and not being available to answer concerns, etc."
"I ordered a 12 month subscription of Flex magazine back on 12/03/2009 and never received any of them, I did receive a card saying that the subscription would start in about 12 weeks, so I waited and waited no magazine. I tried emailing them no response, I tried calling customer service and no answer. I do believe I was scammed."

"I, too, was scammed by this outfit. Ordered one-year of People magazine on April 7 and received nothing. Their customer service phone number only gives a busy signal. I filled out a complaint form on Better Business Bureau web site. Delta Publishing is in Brooklyn. I hate them."
"Delta Magazine is a clearling house for a large variety of magazines. My advice to you is to order your magazine directly from the publisher. I ordered an expensive subscription to The Economist in Febuary of 2009. To date I have not received one issue. I have called and was promised a refund or a subscription reissue. I waited and called again after several weeks when I did not receive either an issue or a refund. Once again I was promised the magazine subscription would be forthcoming. After several more weeks I wrote a letter requesting a refund. To date I have not even received the favor of a reply or a refund on my $71.95. This is simply thievery. I have no recourse through PayPal as the whole process went on so long. Since they tell you to wait each time 8-12 weeks you just end up losing your money. Never, ever buy a magazine subscription from a middle-man two bit operation like Delta Magazines.com."

They took my money, but my grandchildren never received their magazines. No one returns my calls and now - no one answers the phone and there is no answering machine. "Feb. 5, 2010 I ordered TV Guide for 27.00 from Delta. I called March 9 and they stated it takes 12 weeks to receive. I called Paypal (who I paid through) and they couldn't investigate because it was over 45 days. Trying to contact Delta weekly results in no answer or busy signal. I guess I am out 27.00. NEVER order through them!!"
"Do not buy form this merchant, they are such a scam. I ordered Martha Stewart magazine on November 2, 2009. I had not received a magazine by April so I called them and left a message...no reply. I e-mailed them..no reply. I called them again and someone answered. They said their e-mail does not work. What!! You are an online service and your e-mail does not work but you can take online orders...something is wrong with this picture. The girl said she would look into it. Here it is May 12 and nothing. I tried calling again. Now it just rings and no answer. My subscription was just $15.25 but I want to file a complaint and get my money back. "
" It is now April 27th 2010. I ordered 3 magazines last May. The only one I have received is Wine Enthusiast. Consumer Reports was to be a renewal, but has yet to be renewed. I also ordered Real Simple which has yet to come. I called them on 10/28/09, 2/1/10, & 3/17/10. I have been trying all day to contact them, but it's impossible. The number is always busy or it stops ringing.
Do not order from this company. They want you to wait for an illusive yellow postcard to tell of the order status. I'm still trying to get my magazines! Karen"
