"I ordered a Sheridan Silver Streak air rifle and pellets. Best price I could find on the net; free shipping over $150. I had trouble with the original order. Their eCommerce site had a glitch. I called them (phone number on main page of site) and a person answered. He helped me out. I received my order in two days but FED EX had hammered the box pretty well. The rifle was fine as it had been double boxed. There was evidence that the outside box must have opened and had been resealed. The pellets had gone missing. I called Del Re's and again the phone was answered promptly by a live body. The pellets were reshipped and received in two days. These two gentlemen that I dealt with were great. I think their customer service was very good and changed an average purchase experience into a good one. I would buy from them again."
