"Best price and service I have ever seen. I called first to discuss purchase of Garmin 2610. I received honest, no-pressure answers. Several days later, I called back to purchase the GPS. Unit arrived in 3 days as promised. Unit worked fine initially but developed glitch within first 48 hours. Owner, Uwe Krahe, replaced unit immediately (he paid the 2nd day air) and had me return the defective unit only after I recd the replacement. He trusted that I would return the original unit and did not charge my credit card for the replacement unit. Throughout the process, the owner was extremely helpful - personally available to answer all questions by phone. I have dealt with many internet sellers and have owned a Garmin S/P III in the past - Defendar Goodies has the best and most supportive customer service I have ever experienced.
