Takes forever

"Made my first and only purchase from this site in Nov 2022. It took 2 weeks for the order to ship. Finally got the order and everything was sized way off. I got the same size on a number of tops. Some of them were the right size through the chest/shoulders/arms but were way too long, like 5-6 inches too long. Others, specifically the button ups, were massive all around and it looked like I was wearing a tent. I sent all back the next day using their return label. I checked today and saw that it had been a month since it was delivered to them and I've not received my refund or even an email confirming receipt. I called and they are going to issue the refund but I shouldn't have had to do that and it shouldn't take this long. Their own site says 3-7 business days."

Poor customer service

"Their customer service is awful, and the delivery takes a month. I received a shacket valued at $70 per their site and the pocket wasn't sewn closed. Since I wanted it for Christmas and received it only a little over a week before I had no time to send it back. (I had to hand sew it since I don't have a sewing machine.) When I contacted them to see if they would make it right I received nothing from them as far as communication or help. Their women's clothes are cute, and so far the quality seems nice, except where it wasn't sewn, but very disappointed in their customer service. You would expect a $70 product would be made better. I do understand the world we live in now, with the lack of help and sometimes workers don't care, but if you want to stay in business, customer service is key."

Avoid this company!!! Total SCAM

"If I could leave less then 1 star I would. Their return policy is useless. Returned items WEEKS ago. I was told my refund was issued. No refund to date and no response from "customer noservice" other then wait 5 more days and let us know. A complete scam company.
Crap merchandise and ABSOLUTLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Customer service absent

"Tried calling customer service over a period of three days. Was on hold more than 40 minutes on one call and 30 minutes on another before giving up. Finally got through after 42 minutes of holding on the third day, but the company was zero help. Won't be ordering from this company again. If there were negative stars they would deserve one."

Customer service and aggressive responses.

"I was looking for a good quality 'American-made-style' chore coat. I liked the true blue Americano style website and figured I'd try to purchase from their tough as buck range. I tried several times on Amazon and finally went to them direct.
I made use of their many platforms, Twitter, Instagram, etc. The Facebook icon on their site isn't even connected to a page. I was willing to forgive all of that and since I'm in the industry was happy to give some tips moving forward (for them). You can tell I really liked the jacket, huh?
So after five different attempts across their platforms to contact them - I got a super aggressive response from someone at LW, corporate-like she wrote the email as if her position was a reason not to help me. They also hide all of their stuff is made in China. #GoFigure

Outright Thieves

"My wife bought be a shirt for Christmas. It didn't fit, so we returned it for an exchange. One of their reps said it would be fine. Four months have gone by—no exchange, no refund. Now it is impossible to make contact with the company in any way. No response to phone, email or anything else. AVOID this company at all costs! I doubt I will ever see the shirt or the money."

They will steal your money then never answer their phone

"I didn't receive one of two items I ordered for a Christmas present. I emailed countless times, called 2-3 times per week on my lunch break (since December, it is now March) and have never heard back. They do not answer their phone or respond to emails. I'm not one to write a negative review, but if I can prevent someone else from this horrible experience then I will write a million if need be. I paid $36 and can't get it back, this company is terrible. "

You’d think a company with such bad reviews would try to step up their game a bit. But that lack of action defines this company. Bottom line and cold hard truth is that they just don’t care. I was told that they had received my shirt and that they are sending it back to me so I can send it back through amazon....WHAT!!! you’re sending it back to me!! Why not just send me the correct shirt that I want in that case!!! Just crazy!

...and one star only because I can't give ZERO!!

"After 4+ years as a customer I got my order and although the packing slip said it was complete, it was missing the socks I had ordered. I've emailed, and called a dozen times. My calls have gone totally unanswered. My emails got an auto-reply on 12-21 saying a customer rep would be contacting me shortly. It is 1-10 and I have yet to hear from this "mythical" customer rep. I've spent several lunch hours on hold and other hours on hold at home. From my perspective their customer service is non-existent. I first contacted them by email on 12-3, prompting an auto-reply, also promising a customer rep contact which I never received. The REAL PURCHASE DATE WAS 11/20/2020 but your page won't let me put it in for some reason."

Poor service

"I ordered a jacket, only to find out weeks later its backordered. I than canceled the order. And now I'm trying to get my money back with no luck. I've called numerous times, with out getting through, I've also have sent over a dozen emails and have not gotten any response. I guess my next phone call will be to the better business bureau. "
