"I purchased a cable adapter from these guys on August 28th (saturday). My order shipped on monday and I received an email from them monday morning with a tracking number. I almost bought this same item from another internet store for $35. Deepspace had it for $9.99 and only charged $3.25 shipping!!!!"
"It appears that they never made the slightest attempt to fill my order or inform me that there were problems filling my order even one week after I placed my order. They never returned my emails of phone calls for 4 days. I had to file a complaint through pay-pal to get my money back.
However, only about 4 hours after I filed my complaint they refunded my money - so somebody's watching their email. They just didn't care about my order."
