"I purchased a Sony Alpha A7 IV camera body and a Sony Lens (FE 24-70mm f/2.8 GM). This was a big purchase for me. Before spending my hard earned money, I did a lot of research, and then chose Deals All Year. What a great business. I had the pleasure of working with Steven. What a great guy. There were many phone calls and emails due to some logistical issues with shipping to Alaska. And that is an Alaska thing on my end not an issue with Deals All Year. I don't think I have ever had better customer service. Due to there being a 4 hour time difference, I know Steven was helping me well past his normal working hours. My camera and accessories arrived in perfect condition. It was packaged so well, it could have been airdropped from a Boeing 747 (without a parachute) and it wouldn't have a scratch on it. So often we don't meet real people when we are shopping online. I don't know much about Steven, but I do know he took great pride in his job.
