"On Nov. 20, 2019 I ordered four sets of Bamboo Cutting Boards from this company and on Dec. 9, 2019 I recieved 1set. I have tried and tried to call and all I get is this number you are calling in not in service. I have emailed and emailed with no response except (Great news your order was delivered on Dec. 9....well no I got 1 set not the 4 I paid for. Unfortunately they immediately got their money out of my acct. and now I have paid $53.97 for 1 set of Bamboo Cutting Boards. What a rip off, this company if a rip off with no cutomer service. All I wanted was the boards or my money back, I still have not been contacted by them. The sad part is I have paid this much money for 1 set of boards. I would call this very back handed way to do innocent people. These were Christmas gifts and now I have had to spend more money to replace those gifts. Never will never order from these people again. Do what is right and give me my money back., Please"

"I placed an order on November 9, 2019. Received a confirmation email stating my order should be delivered between the 13th and 15th of Nov. That came and went. I sent an email inquiring what happened to my order. Received another email stating my order would be delivered the 27th of Nov. Then the 29th. They actually sent a tracking number this time. The problem is that package has never left their building. The tracking number indicates a UPS label was created. Big deal. I still don't have a package. Tried calling their customer service number. It still says they are gone for Thanksgiving. Great. I will NEVER EVER EVER order from this place again. But I'm still waiting for my order that I paid for. "

"I took my last bad review down because they asked me to and said they would fix my problems that I've been having with them. Unfortunately it seems they made a bunch of false promises just to get me to take down my negative review. I hope that the company sees this review and reevaluates themselves on their customer service, and fixes it so other customers don't have to deal with this.

I was upset last week because my order never got delivered and then they randomly canceled my order and refunded it, and now I am just disappointed because I spoke to TWO managers it still seems no problems are being solved. I am done dealing with this headache of a "company" and hope they know how much time and stress this whole ordeal has caused me.
