"This company is fraudulent and a bunch of scammers. They advertise a warranty but then even with a tracking number they claim it did not arrive. Do not do business with them. On ebay they are deal123easy and the company is in Chino, CA."
"These guys are the worst of the worst. I placed my order for the item on Monday. That same day my credit card was charged. I also received a confirmation email. The following day I received an email stating that the item was out of stock and they were trying to sell me a different model with different features, etc. The old bait and switch.
When I called to ask about this, the person that answered the phone just says, "Hello" with an accent so thick I had to answer back, "Hello?" to be sure I understood her. I ask for customer service and I get a guy who calls himself Alex, and speaks worse English than the receptionist. Anyway, he hung up on me when I asked him to repeat something for the fifth or so time. I called to complain and learned that he was the manager. He hung up again multiple times after he found out that I wanted to complain. Same with the "receptionist". The operator refused to give me her name (which after about ten calls "Alex" told me it was "May") and threatened to "call the cops" if I didnt stop calling, and use my ordering information against me. If this is how they run their business when someone has a problem, I dont see how they stay in business.
I beg you all who read this to please try to find your item somewhere else. "
"I ordered through this website because of the ratings here and the price I found through Froogle. I ordered an item that was out of stock in black. They emailed me letting me know they had silver and white as an alternative. I responded back within 10 mins. for accepting silver as an alternative. They responded back within 10 mins. as well and letting me know that the item will ship out the same day! Great email response time regarding my order! I will be ordering from them in the future!!! I had to return my order due to one of the lights no coming on. I received a fully functional unit in a timely manner. However, communication via email either hit or miss. They reply to some emails, but not all. Overall, a great experience."

I had been tracking their inventory for a while waiting for this product to be released on the market since I knew beforehand that it was available in other countries. DealSurprise was one of the first retailers to stock this item and I was very impressed by the low price at which they were able to sell it. The order was processed quickly and I received the order on the exact date expected with no trouble. I was doubtful of using this reseller since it seemed to be a small business by the website, but everything went smoothly and I received the product in full working order. The selection of their products doesn't seem to be too good, but for DVD Burners, they hit the mark."
"I ordered two of the same item. Microsoft trackballs that were surprisingly cheap from this company.
I thought this was a DEAL, but to my SURPRISE, when I opened the package, it was pretty obvious that both units had been repackaged. They were both in the retail packaging but the seals were broken, the cords had clearly been rewrapped, etc. So, the very best case scenario was that these items had been previously returned. Hopefully, unused but there's really no way to make that determination. Suffice it to say that the description indicated the items were "Brand New".
Oh well, at least the company has an appropriate name: Dealsurprise."
