Thats when this seller started contacting me begging for his money. And one of this sellers tactics is sending us, the buyer, different items from "different warehouses" but never will receive your complete order. If you could, file a dispute and dont cancel disputes until you receive you very last item on your order as you may receive 20 packages on 20 items. Or never receive them at all."

"In late November, I ordered a single pair of boxer briefs as a gift for Christmas. After 3 weeks of waiting...I emailed them asking about their status. I was quickly told that I needed to read the fine print...a 1-4 week possible delivery status. After Christmas, I emailed them again requesting an update. "The worst ever customer service experience I have had. I would not recommend to buy anything from this site.
I sent my request to cancel order right after I placed my order by mistake using special customer service form on their website, contacted customer service directly by email and I left a voice message as well. The customer service never replied me back. They contacted me later about missing items (out of stock) but were not able to cancel my order.
All online stores have an option to cancel the order before it shipped, as some of them could be done by mistake.
Unfortunately, not on DealByEathan. Sad.

Dealbyethan wanted me to pay another $14 to return them!!!!!!!!!!!
Then told me to contact N2N
N2N handled everything GREAT Up and above. Plus I saw I could just order there at the much lower price.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Just find what you like then go right to the company that makes what it is you want or find at another location to buy it"
