I had previously tried to order my Silverstone LC04 case from another vendor, and it was a fiasco. No order confirmation. They claimed they hadn't received my payment, their email was bouncing, and phone calls were being directed to an infinite loop of music. Once an email got through, they informed me that they were out of stock, yet their website still said "In Stock." After another week and another round of email tag, I finally got a refund.
The re-order from Deadeye Data was another story. I received multiple emails regarding the status of my order, and delivery was prompt. I was a bit hesitant at first due to the low number of reviews here, but decided to give them a try anyway. I'm glad I did."

I made a mistake of ordering the wrong Power Supply for a build. I called Deadeye up and explained the situation. They immediately got on the phone and started working out a way that I could exchange the wrong power supply with the one I actually meant to order.

The customer service is what I appreciate. My mistake, my fault in ordering the wrong item. Yet THEY were there helping as much as they could. In the end all I paid was shipping for the new item.

"I have never ordered from deadeyedata before but my first purchase was outstanding. I ordered a Silverstone OP750 on Monday and the item came quickly on ground on Thursday.
The PSU made loud buzzing noises and had an incorrect connector for the new 8-pin PCI-E standard. Jennifer was QUICK, and I mean quick, to respond and help me out accordingly. Since Silvestone did not respond back to me she handled the situation for me and has been wonderful help ever since.

"I ordered the GD01MX case by Silverstone. I searched quite a bit and DeadEye had the best price on it. I delt directly with the owner, who provided excellent customer service. She was helpful and very quick to answer questions.
DeadEye was also very quick to get the product to my door. I ordered it on a Saturday afternoon and somehow got it by Wednesday morning (ground service should have taken a full 3 days).

"I am usually a Newegg customer, and always assumed that they had the most competitive pricing on the internet for computer hardware. I was having problems with a power supply unit and decided to post on the JonnyGURU forums to get a recommendation on a new power supply, and I decided on a SilverStone Olympia 650 watt PSU.
It's a relatively new product, and newegg didn't carry it in stock. I decided to follow a link given to me for retailers of this PSU, and was directed to Deadeye Data. Not only did they have extremely competetive prices on PSU's, but they consistently underpriced newegg!
