"Ordered a new holster for a new pistol. No local dealers, so I took a risk at trying their product, sight unseen. I did note the "may charge a 20% restock fee if returned" on their website, so I can't say I didn't know the risks. However, I didn't like the product for many important reasons related to a holster. I returned it within the allotted 30 days and received my credit a week later--minus 20%. I'm not a fan of this practice, especially when a business is trying to be a national storefront through the web and has a very limited dealer distribution. I couldn't try the product out before buying and the only way to put my hands on it was through ordering it and taking their 20% risk. Not cool. I'll be dealing with other similar product providers who either don't charge a "fee" or have a local presence to try before I buy."
