After a month's delay on a simple order of four lamps, touted for their "high-quality French craftsmanship," the reality was a stark contrast. Not only did the products arrive late, despite assurances and a lack of managerial support, but they were also damaged, mismatched, and not as advertised. The promised French quality was nowhere to be seen. Attempts to resolve these issues were met with silence, compounding the sense of deception. This experience has been thoroughly unsatisfactory, highlighting significant failings in both product integrity and customer service."

"I used this seller after much consideration being unsure if they were 'legit' or not. Bought over $800 in products with the express shipping option to spruce up the outdoors for Christmas. Firstly, the lights took forever to be delivered, definitely not in time for Christmas even with the added express shipping option and we were 2 lights short of the 6 I ordered, secondly, the box came ripped to shreds with rattles. When we got confirmation that the lights were going to arrive, I made arrangements with an electrician to install the lights which put me out $150 for showing up because one of the 4 lights was not working. My husband has been going back and forth with Dazuma representatives who obviously cannot make any decisions hence, the back and forth. The business practices are definitely a headache and not worth any more of our time or hard earned money. Though I was refunded the two missing lights, I'm out one of the four that was delivered and paid for. I refuse to put any more money into this sham of a business and opted to return all four to now be told that they shipped their order out correctly and I must now pay the return shipping cost. I also run a small business and this is not how you keep a customer happy or make things right. If your practices and after sales care are like this, it clearly shows that you do not care about customers after the sale has been made and will stop at nothing to defend yourselves.
I vehemently do not recommend this company. They do not stand behind their products or customers and take zero accountability. Their aim is to frustrate the hell out of you until you cut your losses completely and give up."
"READ IF YOU'RE A CUSTOMER IN THE USA:
Love the design elements of their lights ... however have 2 significant concerns:
1) The lights as shown on Dazuma's website are significantly smaller than they appear online. Make sure you carefully read the measurements of the lights. On the web, many lights appear as if they're 2 feet long when in reality they're only 6-8".
2) As of 12/19/23, the company does not provide free return shipping as advertised on their website.
I ordered 5 lights, none of which were right for my outdoor spaces. When I tried to return them I received an email offering a 30% refund. When I explained I couldn't use the lights I was told it was too expensive for them to ship the lights back. Then customer service (Jane) stopped responding to my emails. I was forced to charge back with my credit card company.

"It’s a scam. The products are not made in Europe, they are extremely poor quality made and shipped from China. The manufacturer is Chinese and poses as a French company from Europe. Stay away, it’s a scam. Im trying to post pictures of the outside lights I got from them so you can see how badly they are made and they are not as advertised. They are not responding to my refund request."
