"My review is regarding the mattress that I received. I finally made up the daybed and while I was putting on a mattress cover there was a very sharp piece of curled metal that was along the top edge on the underside of the mattress that was poking out and would've seriously injured me had I not seen it ahead of time. It had to be cut into 3 pieces and of course there is a hole in the mattress on that side now.
This is just plain incompetence on the part of the manufacturer. That sharp metal could've caused a serious injury to a hand while dressing that mattress. It also would've torn up my bedding.
My guest the next morning commented that sleeping the night on the mattress was uncomfortable. I now have to find some type of pad for the mattress to make any future guest happy and comfortable as well as hope that the hole in the mattress doesn't totally become destroyed. I was very disappointed to discover this mattress flaw as I had a great experience with customer service regarding the daybed, delivery and the service and reviewed it as such.
Please inform the mattress company of this less than quality workmanship."
