"I recently asked about a promotional opportunity with DaVinci for an event on my livestream. Bear in mind I asked for nothing free, was fully prepared to pay for a device but was interested if they wanted to co sponsor the event or have some presence. I was treated HORRIBLY by the first customer service rep I spoke to, but then got transferred over to a Shannon. Shannon was very helpful, assured they wanted to be a part of it and insisted she would see me taken care of. Fast forward to the day before my event (which I have been promoting DaVinci's presence, now I get to go on camera and blast them) and still no word from Shannon, no tracking information, and a whole bunch of disrespect. I would strongly recommend doing your business with Storz & Bickel or PAX. Pick a company that at least pretends to care about you. Which is not DaVinci."
