Less than great shipping and customer service

"When I chose the two-day Fedex option I didn't realize they would take a week to ship it. So an important tool I needed for field work will not arrive before I deploy to the field.
My mistake. I should have allowed 2 WEEKS for 2-day shipping.
They said they sent me notice that the item was backordered. I never got it. I've received all other notices from them, billing, etc.
Had I received the backorder notice I would have ordered elsewhere.
Which is where I do my shopping now--elsewhere.
