"Ordered a couple of weeks before Christmas and knew it would take a couple of weeks for shipment and then some especially because of the holiday season. Communication was great. They let me add something to my order after initial purchase to avoid separate shipping cost. Everything arrived today and they're beautiful! Will order from them again when we need new flights or darts. "

" Placed an order back on 0ctober 25.. Found out quite awhile later most of my items were back ordered. Waited and waited and finally a lot of my items were there but a few were Still back ordered… So I found them on EBay and they have already been shipped to me…. Today!! These idiot sent the two items I specifically sent several messages to cancel along with the rest of my order, and Canceled my Dartboard!! Omg! What a bunch clowns! I’ve never been so upset in my life, since I already have the darts and dart case coming now from EBay which they specifically said were back ordered for weeks and I got replaced… NEVER AGAIN… Do Not order from these guys!!"

I waited 2.5 months for the 3 sets of dart tips I ordered, the cost was $33 orders coming...orders coming...delivered...WTF!...BS!!!

PPS - The new Phil Taylor darts (Power 9five) feel awesome to throw, but the Swiss Diamond Pro changeable tips are WEAK! The first lasted me a week, second 3 weeks. Expect one tip to break every 25 games, that's why I bought 3 sets.

"I ordered a NEW dartboard set and never received shipping confirmation. I waited a month for that. All of a sudden the item shipped, but when it arrived it was not in an outer box and was taped shut on both ends as if previously opened. When I opened the product box, there was extensive damage to the cabinet and the board had a few scratches on the front and dirty fingerprint smudges on the back. I immediately took photos. I sent email inquiries, but did not receive an immediate response. When I did get a response, they asked for photos (which I provided) so they could initiate a refund. It has been weeks since then and I have tried to contact them multiple times (patiently waiting 4-5 days between each attempt) with no response. It doesn't look like this company has a proven track record of good customer service, so I should have done more research. I was trying to find an alternative to Amazon. Sadly, this was not it. I still have not been reimbursed."

"Items were fine but shipping took forever. Bought 10/26 finnaly 11/5 I called because still had not shipped. Looked later that day and all of a sudden my order shipped. (No call to say why it just shipped they just shipped it) then revived the order on 11/7 So only took 2 days. I could drive to there store in less then 2 hours. So 10 days they just forgot to ship my items. And then can't even call me back. NEVER again and I will tell everyone in my dart leagues.
