The only hiccups were that they never provided a shipping notification. However, a quick e-mail to them got the tracking number to track my order. Secondly, the box arrived with some damage to the lid. The employees were very helpful and upset about this damage. They offered me a 10% discount on my purchase which I gladly accepted.
