"I have never been so appalled by your customer service. I called to get a quote at the ***-***-**** and was hung up on twice. The third time I asked for a supervisor and was told that they have none. I asked again and was told to go online and try to get one. I will never use this service and will tell everyone about the horrific experience. All I was trying to get was a quote and then ask why the cost doubled then what is on their own website. They were completely rude. I am a trainer working in sales and will tell my story to each and every training class going forward. Do not use them!!!!! "
