"I have purchased items from this company for a number of years and have always been satisfied with their service. Orders have been rapidly processed and shipped, were well packaged and arrived promptly. The quality of the goods has been very high, which may account for the fact that their prices tend to be on the upper end of the scale (you get what you pay for?). Recently, I spent many minutes talking to one of their tech support persons about some special requirements I had in ordering a new "barebones" computer system. He was patient and knowledgeable, even though our conversation did not lead ultimately to an order. I have never had to return a product or encountered technical difficulties with a purchased item, so I cannot comment on their after sales support."

Dalco claims to have and FCC approval. BUT they would not supply any reference when I requested documentation numbers.

Their 7-n-1 media reader does not work and the Dalco tech support person has NEVER RETURNED a single call or been aviable when I could call him back. ZERO! NEVER!
TECH support = NONE
And Dalco would like me to SHIP the order back to them and PAY THEM (at least)20% for their MISS-LEADING information and LACK of ANY PRODUCT SUPPORT.
Other than the 7N1 reader that NEVER worked NONE of the other Dalco boxes were even opened....

"I used to buy a lot of stuff from Dalco, they used to have good prices. They have a good selection. Now their prices are generally "OK". One place they do well for me is cases, as I am on the east coast, they are in Ohio, shipping is a lot less than from CA, so if it is a large item, Dalco still gets my business."
