"I ordered cover plates with LED nightlights for outlets. Looked nice in photos but the light strip is on the bottom inside of plate so when you attach it to the outlet it does not sit flush to the wall. Design flaw. I sent email saying they do not fit properly and would like to return for refund. Reply was they do not refund unless the item is broken, which you have to send photo for proof. $20.00 lesson learned, do not order from this company unless you’re absolutely sure of item. Merchandise shipped from China, I didn’t check that detail before ordering. lesson: Spend extra $$ and buy local ..."

"I ordered a pair of pants that were supposed to be thermally lined. They took FOREVER to arrive and when they did they were so cheap there would be no way i would wear them out in public without something covering them. There was no thermal lining. The fabric was cheap stretchy stuff like pantyhose. On top of that it arrive literally HALF the size it should have been. It came from China and I guess their large is half the size of ours in the US. So when I emailed (at least a dozen times) to get a refund, first I was told they were sorry the shoes i ordered didnt fit (what?!) and then they said i would have to pay to send the pants back to China before they would give any sort of refund--which probably wouldnt be a refund at all, just an exchange for a different size.

"I ordered a pair of fleece lined jeggings. After months of waiting (they come from China...not Las Vegas where the website says they are located)...they arrived. What a joke! They were thin transparent fabric almost like pantyhose with no lining whatsoever. On top of that they were literally HALF the size I ordered. The "customer service" was also a joke. Their idiot representatives would reply to my emails with inane comments like "we're sorry the shoes didnt fit. Send them back and we'll send you another size." They refused to give me my money back and said I would have to pay to re-ship the jeggings to China. Save yourself money and aggravation and shop elsewhere."

Not as described and not delivered in a timely fashion. no one really knew where it was, so tracking was a pretty useless experience. Spend the extra $10 and shop locally."

"I ordered what I thought to be these beautiful extra large Angel wings I saw on Daily America shop on September 28th. Thought I was being careful by looking at some reviews and watched the video of the wings move and the pictures were amazing. After waiting about 3 weeks I received some styrofoam wings with no feathers and don’t move. It looks so horrible I have to buy a different costume completely because I won’t have time to order from Etsy and get them in time for Halloween. I tried to get a refund and George won’t give me one stating shipping cost is to much but it says 30 day customer guarantee and it’s a totally different product than advertised. "Purchased elaborate, huge, black costume wings for Halloween. Received a small, grey piece of styrofoam with elastic arm bands that fit my 4year old. It was so bad that I actually laughed upon seeing them. When I contacted the shop, they refused to refund since it was “handmade”. Scam."
