The amount refunded exceeded the amount of the product I then purchased so I bought three small electronics as well as my extended warranty for the replacement product (iPad Pro 128G Wi-Fi). So, I get my stuff with the warranty; but, no iPad just reminders that I left an iPad in my cart (showed I had nothing in my cart). Anyway, I then get a notice that my item had sold out - yet their website showed two left in stock. I get this gift card and lo and behold there are no iPads in that price range left. I ended up having to add $91.00 to get my “replacement” and now the warranty may not apply. Now even though I have a confirmed order I get these “reminder emails and texts that the item I ordered” is getting in very limited stock and I need to buy it. I WILL NOT buy from them again. I am just sitting back and see if my almost $400 USD is up in smoke. caveat emptor."
