"I ordered an anti-gravity magnetic floating globe of the world, which they were offering for £20.00, reduced from £120.00. They took £28.00 off my card and sent me (after about six weeks nagging) a cheap, nasty plastic ball fastened with a magnet to an equally tacky looking plastic blue arc light. They sell for £4.99 in flea markets. They charged me £8.00 postage! When I complained they suggested I pay another £8.00 to send it back to China and if/when it arrived (which we all know it wouldn't) they would consider sending me back my original £20.00. Upon reading the reviews of other customers I found my story was not unique."

"I ordered from them in November 2017. It is now January 2018 and I still have not received my order. There is no phone number for customer service, only email. When you send an email you will receive an automated response saying "Please allow 2-4 weeks" I reply and state that it has been over 4 weeks and they reply with the same statement every time. Consumers please be aware. DO NOT ORDER from this company! It is a scam. I am happy that I paid with PayPal so that I can get my money back. I will be doing that today. "
