"Good Service, Original dvds will definetly recomend this store"
"I was VERY DISSATISFIED after buying from this store. I was overcharged, and the seller made excuses about not being able to give me a refund. The seller ignored my emails and I had to be persistent to get either a refund or get the product for which I paid in full up front. Had I not been persistent, I have no doubt that the seller would have never refunded my money (because the seller never seemed to have made an attempt at refunding, and lied to me that my credit card was expired...what a blatant lie and I can challenge that lie any day) or never shipped me my product as promised.
I found the seller to be EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. When I sent emails politely requesting for my refund or my product, the seller called me up and started shouting at me and told me not to buy from the seller, thinking that that would intimidate me. Is this how a customer is to be treated ? This seller, I feel, has ABSOLUTELY NO idea about customer service. Not only that, now I am thinking if and how many innocent customers the seller may have ovecharged and stolen from ? It is my goal to alert online fraud investigators to look into this seller as I feel that it may be a SCAM, as I do not want other customers to go through all this trouble and possibly lose their money.
Last, the seller acted like I have wronged him, whereas I had paid with my credit card in FULL up front, and all I expected was to receive all the products that I paid for, which the seller never shipped in full, nor contacted me unless I was asked for it again and again.
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED...POSSIBLE FRAUD ALERT !!! "
"ordered a copy of 'Namak Halal'. and was promptly shipped a bootleg. doesn't take a moment to get thru the awful cover print and fuzzy letters and quality of video transfer to figure that out. email to customer service elicited a slow response (after several days) company claims to ship/stock original DVDs. not that you would expect a different response. however they offered to refund upon a return. avoid them at all costs as its a dubious outfit. they post original DVDs and their covers on the product pages. but you will always get a fake or bootleg - GUARANTEED !!"
