"DVD-supply sent mini DVD media that were advertised as compatible with a Sony HandyCam that I own. They were not compatible. I agreed to pay more for a different brand as long as the new media were cross-shipped with my return of the incompatible media. The new media were not cross-shipped and the folks at DVD-Supply could not explain why. The firm appears to be unorganized and uncertain of the quality of its merchandise. "
