"Attempted to buy a Sony audio/video reciever (Sony STR-DG820) from them late on sunday, 12/28 and their website price was $277.50 with free shipping. The same price showed in the cart and through checkout, until i entered cc info and address and hit submit. Instead of the confirmation page i got a highlighted line on top that " for my info, the price was adjusted to $298.50". I did not order and email them that i consider that a bait and switch tactic.
On monday morning, 12/29, i got a reply from Donald, asking me to call them. I did and he explained that the "prices change hourly, their current price is $317.50 but he would be willing to sell it to me @ $298.50 but its out of stock and should ship in a 1-1.5 weeks. No mention of this on the web site of course. Needless to say i did NOT order.

"A good experience so far. A good price for a 40 inch Sony LCD TV and no high pressure. Shipping is sooner than promised and I have a scheduled delivery on the 16th (could have been the 14th). Was promised 2 to 3 weeks for free shipping so they exceeded expectations.
The TV arrived as promised. The delivery company was also very good (Target Trucking). Everything as promised.
This company has earned my future business."
