"The original product(s) I ordered had a problem (DSI Wireless RF Vista/XP MCE Full Keyboard w/MCE Remote 528) - the keyboard ate batteries, it was never going into power save mode. I didn't actually like the keyboard that much anyway.
When I contacted them to return it, there were NO issues and they allowed me to upgrade to a different keyboard without any problem.
