I was almost going to give this reseller a good score after receiving my items, just what I ordered and decently packed. But then I looked at the invoice accompanying my order!
On the printed invoice is my FULL Credit Card #, type, expiration date, name, address, phone number, & email address! The only thing missing from successful credit card fraud and/or identity theft is the CVV code off the back of my card!
If this package had been delivered to the wrong address, or someone had swiped it from my porch or obtained it some other method, they'd have my credit card information. Not wise at all. This not only opens my CC to a security risk by means of their printing process, but also through their packing & shipping process too. Who ever packed my items also had access to my CC info too!
I will most definitely NOT do business with them again!
UPDATE: I sent an email stating how upset I was that their process of business resulted in my CC# being sent to me by mail. They promptly replied the next day. Quote:
