"I Ordered a home studio grade (not profesional studio quality) strobe light for photography as the specifications were good and at a good price.
Product was shipped same day as ordered, which was Good! Product was OK quality (a part came off in shipment and one dial was not aligned, but did not affect use), but when I contacted them as the provided modeling bulb was only 35 Watts, not 65 Watts and not adjustable, as thier website and eBay listing had indicated, they were not very helpful!! One of the things that influenced my purchase was the higher wattage and the fact that it was adjustable, and I got niether!! They declined to send the correct bulb as they indicated the manufacturer said they were having issues with the higher wattage bulbs. No offer of return or partial refund. (I asked) So BEWARE of the specifications listed!! LOWER Wattage and NOT adjustable on the product I got. "
