Nothing! Called and emailed again said they were shipping next day. Emailed and called again said they were out of stock. Not apologizing at all. Very rude customer service. "What an amazing experience I had with DME Supply Group! I collect all things sun, moon, and star and found a "celestial" themed cane that other sites had for anywhere from $30 - $80. DME had it for $17.76 shipped! I jumped right on it but was accidentally charged $22 shipping. I knew there had to be a mistake so I contacted them and got a response first thing the next morning.
The super friendly and professional CSR eMailed that the shipping weight was wrong in the system and they had already issued me a refund. I had paid through PayPal and my cane was delivered before I even got the refund! They were THAT quick!

"DME Supply Group is unethical. They canceled my $100 order, so I ordered my items from another company. DME Supply Group then sent the items despite the cancellation and then refused to provide a full refund even though it was completely their fault. I only got back $75, so they took $25 from me in exchange for my time and a headache. Do not trust them. They take advantage of patients, which is despicable."

"I have had my first and only experience with DME Supply Group! I have been shopping diligently for low cost, yet good quality equipment for my patients, in need. Unfortunately, as we are all aware, much of the equipment needed for quality of life is an out of pocket expense. That being said, patients should not be expected to pay premium price for low quality equipment. I received 2 items of less than satisfactory quality from a manufacturer, Fabrication Enterprises, Inc. I immediately called DME Supply where I was told they will have to contact the manufacturer for return instructions. Further, I would be responsible for the return shipping as well as a restock fee. When I inquired into the amount of the added cost, I was advised that DME Supply would have to contact the "manufacturer” I requested the contact number for the "manufacturer" and was told that the DME supervisor "says we cannot give that out". "We will contact them and send you an email." No specific time frame provided. I was told from DME Supply, that the name of the "manufacturer" is "Fab.". As it turns out, the actual name and phone number of the manufacturer, Fabrication Enterprises, Inc w/ the contact number ***-***-****, was on the shipment label. I contacted Fabrications Incorporated directly and was told by "customer service" that they could not provide any return
or restock information as the order was filled by DME. I would have to go through them. I had place a fairly large order w/ DME and was returning a total of two items which would turn out to likely cost me as much as the order. I am grateful that my patient or a family member was not left to resolve this. Incidentally at no time during the order was I aware of return costs including restock fees of 15-25%(only discovered when I called DME to initiate the return). Clearly I have no further intentions of further business with either company, nor would I recommend such to anyone else, either personally or professionally.
