"THEY WERE GREAT! I have been trying for over a week to find the original ATI Radeon X800 video card in stock and found it here. I called the vendor (they answer their toll-free phone immediately) and had him physically look at the card, tell me it was indeed the original (because I am still in the middle of a horrible experience with another online company who baited and switched me) and make sure it was actually in stock. They were very patient with my paranoia and assured me all was well and that if I ordered within the hour before close of business it would arrive the next day. I ordered it and the next day it came! It was the original card, in the original box, at the price they posted and we were thrilled! We haven't installed the card yet, but don't anticipate any problems.
